All orders placed with HUSH USA ship in plain, brown boxes or unmarked manila envelopes. The senders name on the shipping label is HLM USA Inc.

Orders are processed, packaged and ready to ship within 24 hours! Parcel pick up from our state-of-the-art fulfillment centers on the East and West coasts. Shipping times vary based on location and where products are shipped from; shipping times are usually 1-5 business days. Hush USA has the option of several world class shipping partners; most shipments are carried via USPS Ground or Priority.
Orders over $49 ship FREE!*
Orders with a value below $49 are subject to a flat rate shipping of only $6.95.*
Orders shipping outside of the Continental Lower 48 <chrome_find class="find_in_page findysel findysel">States will be charged a flat rate $24.95 shipping charge.*
Deliveries to Military addresses (APO/FPO) and PO Boxes are shipped with USPS Priority & USPS First Class ONLY.
Estimated arrival excludes weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 7pm EST begin processing the next business day.

Returns & Replacements
Due to State and Federal Laws, hygienic standards and the intimate nature of certain products; most items are not eligible for return or exchange.
All lingerie and undergarments, lubes, lotions, toy cleaners, bath and body products; as well as all adult toys and novelty items are final sale. Although we cannot offer any returns or exchanges for these items purchased, HUSH is committed to 100% Customer Satisfaction.
Please read all included manufacturers user manuals to ensure proper use, cleaning and storage. If a product becomes defective with use, the issue(s) must be brought to the attention of the manufacturer. Any manufacturer warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer, unless otherwise noted on your final receipt.

In order for HUSH to accept a return for damages caused during shipping, a customer service representative must first be contacted for approval. Please see “How To Return Damaged Shipments.” Please note that if any security sticker(s) have been cut, poked, ripped or removed, the item is not eligible to be returned.
HUSH is not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error. If a product becomes defective with use, any issue(s) must be brought to the attention of the manufacturer. How to Return Damaged Shipments:
- Carefully read the Returns & Replacements Policy to ensure the item(s) you would like to return are eligible.
- Contact us at 1.855.321.HUSH or firstname.lastname@example.org for a RMA Number (return merchandise authorization number). Indicate the provided RMA# at the of your original invoice.
- Carefully package the merchandise approved for return along with the original invoice, and ship to the address provided:
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers, HUSH will;
*Ship replacement item(s) OR *Process a refund at which time a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Once your order has been placed you will immediately receive a confirmation email. We will also notify you via email to confirm that your order has shipped.
